About Bodhi
The growth partner walking beside Cambodian entrepreneurs
Bodhi is a business-advisory ecosystem that helps Cambodian business owners, agricultural cooperatives, and entrepreneurs discover their genius, build clear systems, and grow with purpose — all in Khmer, at a price they can afford.
Mission
We give Cambodian business owners the tools, guidance, and advisor network to discover their genius, build a clear business system, and grow faster.
Vision
Our vision is for every business owner to prosper with genuine purpose — knowing their own genius, operating by a clear system, growing fast, and driving the nation's economic growth.
Our values
Awakening
Every business owner carries genius and strengths they have not yet seen. Before we advise, we illuminate — helping them see themselves clearly, both their power and their blind spots.
Connection
Integrity
We tell the truth — about the numbers, the risks, our pricing, and our own limits. Honest advice is the only advice worth giving.
Resilience
Real growth takes time. We build for endurance — not quick wins — and we stay with our clients through the hard seasons.
Responsibility
Our clients trust us with their livelihoods — things that cannot be replaced. We honour that trust in every decision we make.
Contribution
We measure our success by what Cambodia becomes — thousands of strong businesses building a prosperous nation, generation after generation.
Our story
For more than 20 years, Bodhi's founder walked beside farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and business owners across Cambodia — through institutions like Vision Fund, World Vision, Heifer International, and GIZ.
Everywhere, the same gap appeared: good advice was expensive, in a foreign language, and built for big firms. Most Cambodian business owners were left to struggle alone, with no system and no one walking beside them.
Bodhi was created to close that gap — distilling real field experience into one clear growth system, in Khmer, at a price people can afford.

The founder
The Founder's Story
The Bodhi Growth System isn't theory from a book — it's distilled from two decades of real experience in the field.
It Started in the Field, Not Behind a Desk
I didn't learn how to build a business inside a meeting room. I learned it in the villages — sitting on wooden floors with farmers, listening to cooperative leaders describe problems they didn't know how to solve, and watching small business owners pour everything they had into their work, only to stay stuck.
My name is Keo Lymeng — born in Battambang Province, raised in Kampong Thom, and for more than twenty years I have walked the roads of Cambodia's farmers and entrepreneurs.
Twenty Years in the Field
My path began at Vision Fund Cambodia as a client service officer — a humble job that taught me one essential lesson: a loan does not change a person's life if they don't know how to put it to work. From there I became a district branch manager, overseeing the Prasat Sambo, Prasat Ballang, and Sandan areas.
I then joined World Vision Cambodia in Pailin as a local economic development officer, before rising to coordinate an agricultural cooperative project. I began to understand that communities don't need someone to tell them what to do — they need someone to walk beside them until they can stand on their own.
That work led me to Heifer International Cambodia as Program Manager for Business and Enterprise Development and Cooperatives — where I built training packages, business plan models, and value chains that helped smallholder farmers and cooperatives turn their products into sustainable livelihoods. Later, I served as an Organizational Development advisor at GIZ, supporting cooperatives and business associations across Banteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey, and Preah Vihear.
And to truly understand the private commercial world, I took on operations management at a real estate company — learning financial management, sales, team leadership, and decision-making under real pressure.
What I Saw, Again and Again
Across international development organizations and the private sector, I saw the same pattern everywhere:
Cambodian business owners are not short on effort. They are not short on dreams. What they lack is a system — a clear method that turns dreams and hard work into growth you can actually measure.
Good business advice is mostly expensive, delivered in a foreign language, and written for big companies in big cities. For the owner of a small shop, a cooperative leader, or a young entrepreneur in the provinces, that knowledge sits almost entirely out of reach.
I believe world-class business advice should not be reserved for the wealthy. It should exist in Khmer, at a fair price, and built on the foundation of our own culture and values.
The Birth of Bodhi
The word Bodhi means awakening. It is the tree under which the Buddha reached enlightenment — a symbol of wisdom that grows from genuine understanding.
I founded Bodhi Group on a single belief: every entrepreneur deserves a guide.
But we did not simply take a foreign method and translate it into Khmer. We built the Bodhi Growth System — a business development methodology resting on five pillars: Purpose (ពន្លឺ), People (ចំណង), Process (ការទទួល), Profit (ចំណេញ), and Platform (វេទិកា) — with the owner's Genius Type sitting at the center.
This system is not theory I copied from a book. It is distilled from twenty years in the field, combined with the wisdom of Buddhist psychology and strengthened by artificial intelligence — so that high-level guidance can reach the hands of every Cambodian entrepreneur, in Khmer, on time, and at a price they can afford.
What We Are Building
Today, Bodhi Group is building a digital ecosystem that serves Cambodian entrepreneurs at every stage:
- Bodhi Center — an advisory platform for micro, small, and medium enterprises and young entrepreneurs
- AgriCoop — a management system for Cambodia's agricultural cooperatives
- Bodhi Genius — a discovery tool that helps business owners understand their strengths and their blind spots
- Bodhi Advisor Network — a network of certified advisors who walk beside business owners, rather than simply handing out advice and walking away
All of it rests on the same principle I learned in the field: don't tell people what to do — walk beside them until they can stand on their own.
Our Promise
I have carried a personal mission for a long time: to help people find their true purpose in life, and to make the world more creative.
Bodhi Group is the embodiment of that mission. We believe Cambodia will prosper not because of a handful of large companies — but because of thousands of entrepreneurs, each with the right guide, turning their dreams into livelihoods that endure.
The values that lead me, and that lead Bodhi, are these: integrity, learning and sharing, family and finance, persistence, and contribution.
If you are a business owner, a cooperative leader, or an entrepreneur just starting out — we are here to walk beside you.
Bodhi is committed to walking beside every Cambodian entrepreneur.
